Pasta Aglio e Olio
Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley
- Parmesan
Steps
- Cook spaghetti al dente
- Sautee garlic in olive oil until golden
- Add pepper flakes
- Toss with pasta and pasta water
- Finish with parsley and parmesan
