Pasta Aglio e Olio

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley
  • Parmesan

Steps

  1. Cook spaghetti al dente
  2. Sautee garlic in olive oil until golden
  3. Add pepper flakes
  4. Toss with pasta and pasta water
  5. Finish with parsley and parmesan
