There are all these different problems which are solved by the same unified structure an idea for this building this fundamental engine that extends human thinking into digital space if the ultimate brainstorming software it's the ultimate contacts manager it's all the lowest friction tool for writing down your thoughts it's your superpower it's your super suit for weight for delving into the quagmires of data that you're going to give organization of knowledge it's your exoskeleton the cognitive exoskeleton and Iron Man suit for the mind
A whole nother angle on this is where company trying to transform the future of work what work is like in a corporate environment to be a place where you can get to be a a whole institution where you can effortlessly get together we can freely and effortlessly get together with other people like minded people who have related ideas that they're passionate to go build in the world and the joy of a large Enterprises if you can be totally get everyone's got the same Financial incentive so you can be totally open with sharing ideas internal to these companies so I think we could totally talked about is like transforming future of working or Glide Verizon or something like that but hey what's the future of a company like Verizon with your future these big corporations it's not just like this kind of Solace mechanistic thing but like “I see the future of work as people getting together around shared ideas “
I see everyone saic is almost manifestly everyone's going to have a personal website that is built out in a way that's a little bit like my personal website except better than my current personal website and suspect everyone to become sort of like a curator of tastes and keeping public list they written and you know they aren't they taking all kinds of nuts if they go through that the world and even if it's just keeping track of what restaurants you like or what workout videos you get I don't really care if you're you're creating a list that may be either a private list or maybe it would be a list of show up on your website on your profile sounds like the restaurants that you tag #restaurant if you didn't go to the idea Flo. Net or whatever you would have the Vince McPhillips home page and that would have liked to know how cute would have liked your project someone sing but now you just got to see like the list but you've created Myspace I have cold sweats. Jacob Pullen an Evinrude have on their website and also Evernote outside restaurants list and stuff like that and then there's going to be all these with you buy things you didn't know existed at MIT. Jacob full. [b]Is this the final vision of IdeaFlow? Or is the final vision (throwing something out there) along the lines of creating a shared brain so that we can solve humanity's most complex problems efficiently?
Right now the way it currently reads is that it's a powerful notebook that can surface my own past history as well as my group's history and complete a sentence or paragraph for me.
[c]Have you done user discovery interviews to quantify this? How much time has been lost in trying to find the right notes at the right time? How has this impacted them? Does it vary by industry (i.e. in the healthcare space, doctors who cannot find notes quickly can lose patients).
[d]This sounds cool, but what does it mean? AI has become such a buzzword. Can we add more color to this?
