Rinpoche’s book:

“Awakening the Sacred Body” - this is by far the most elegant written description I’ve seen!!
It’s might be longish for text though… guided practice… 10 pages?
Definitely get Pema Chodron’s book “Tonglen” for instructions - there’s even a tiny pocket version to have on hand for everyday and meetings…
And Tenzin Wangyel’s book above. Also his “Dream Yoga”.

I have Earth Thunder copy in CA, not here.
You might be able to get it from Dawn Mountain in Texas, or from Tara Mandala’s Bookstore in Pagosa Springs, CO, if you are outrageously diligent and persistent

I’ve been searching all over for the right book, and there’s so many books called “Quantum Healing” now (which came after this book, i believe)… so it’s a bit confusing.

But it might be…
I have the book in storage in CA, just don’t remember the author’s name…
What’s the site you said where we can access all books now? I can check the first chapters of a few of these there

I loved this one as a teen - It’s a classic:
