My hypothesis
this program of 10 min meditation 3x / day can be easily complied with and change people’s lives, and, most often, enable people to save at least those 10 minutes even within the next hour.
Goal: “keep your qi up all day”
Practically for me, this means keeping my ability feel energized, open, present, and make good decisions, including the decision to take a rest, or meditate longer, up all day.
Program:
Phase 1

Then just don’t worry about meditation the rest of the day.
This exercise is called embrace the tree and has many variants, but is perhaps the most iconic qigong exercise.

Phase 2 (after seven days of phase 1)
Extend meditation to 20 minutes 2x/day (with more exercises, contact me), 10 minutes 1x/day
One hour meditation as one of these once a week
