Things to remember to not get too excited #grounding

• Whatever cool phenomenon ability may emerge, it’s not “you”. And the goal is self-realization.

• Goals (What other goals do we have?)

• Also, following the Way, showing the way of nonviolence, doing what is healthy for growing primates to be doing at this point in time, doing what helps us “grow up” / become educated most properly, meeting people’s needs (NVC), sanity (literally: health) vs madness, etc.

Jacob cracked open his eyes and Alexander was standing 4 feet away, waving his hand lightly, like caressing the air. Practice was called “using Kali to sever the first root of the ego”

• *Jacob was sitting in auditorium at MIT, awaiting a talk by the Dalai Lama, and feeling very tired, with four hours of sleep.  Jacob had no expectation of healing effects or anything besides an interesting talk. Dalai Lama entered the room. Jacob felt a giggle ripple through his system and felt mostly cleared of tiredness; described it as similar to getting an adjustment of posture by a qigong teacher, except it happened at a distance.
